The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District welcomes you to Lavon Lake, located in Wylie, Texas.
Our mission: Supply water to the member cities of the North Texas Municipal Water District; to provide flood control to the Collin, Dallas and Rockwall County areas, and to offer some of the best fishing, camping and boating in Texas.

To obtain an America the Beautiful Pass, also known as the National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Pass, you must visit the East Fork Park Gatehouse, located at 1901 Skyview Drive, Wylie, Texas, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Passes are no longer issued at the Lavon Lake Office.
NOTICE: The public comment period for the Lavon Recreation Improvement Study is closed and we are preparing the final documents for approval at HQ, USACE. Click HERE for more information about the study and the recommended plan.
All events & activities held on Lavon Lake require a permit.
